Touch Tone or Key Express Banking is a convenient way to access and manage your Platte Valley State Bank & Trust accounts.

Key Express Banking enables you to:
Access current balance information for your checking and savings accounts as well as your lines of credit. Transfer money between checking and savings as late as 8 p.m. each day. Transfers made after 8 p.m. are completed the following business day.

Key Express Banking also provides the following information to you regarding your checking, savings and line of credit accounts:

  • Last 5 checks, visa check/point of sales transactions, ATM transactions or deposits (checking and savings)
  • Whether specific checks have been paid (checking)
  • Interest earned year-to-date and interest earned prior year (checking and savings)
  • Interest paid year-to-date and interest paid prior year (lines of credit)
  • Minimum payment and due date (lines of credit)
  • Amount and date of your last payment and payoff balance (lines of credit)

To use Key Express simply key in 234-PVSB (7872) or 1-800-959-PVSB on your touch tone phone, and have your account number ready. The first time you call you will be asked for a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number). Follow the instructions to select your PIN. If you need to change your PIN, please contact the financial center at (308) 234-2424 or 1-800-967-2464.
